The team of  educators at Samuel Gilbert OOSH value the importance of creating  a welcoming, fun, safe,  and caring  environment where all children and families are respected and  supported.

Program decisions will include upholding all children's rights to ensure their cultures, interests, abilities and strengths are acknowledged and valued.

Our educators are committed to equity and believe all children have the right to access opportunities to succeed regardless of diverse circumstances and abilities.

Our educators are continually seeking ways to extend their knowledge and further develop learning communities. "They collaborate with children, families, the school, and value the continuity and richness of local knowledge shared by community members including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Elders." My Time Our Place framework for School Age Care in Australia.

All educators have undergone a Working with Children Check before commencing work at the service. Photos of all our eduactors are displayed in the front entry.
